Replatforms and ground-up builds on Salesforce and Shopify, custom apps that bridge specialist engines, and Managed Operations for complex commerce flows, shown through the brands we built them for.

When the tooling to scale doesn't exist, we build it, a custom Clubshops launcher and automated settlement that let Robey add club stores without adding overhead.
As Robey grew across both direct-to-consumer and club-driven sales, its commerce platform needed to keep pace with a growing and increasingly complex model. The goal was to migrate from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Shopify while maintaining technical flexibility, integrating core operational systems, and centralising the management of clubs and retail partners; all without slowing the team down. Wolfpack Agency led a full replatforming to Shopify, built around a new brand store that balances Robey’s community-first heritage with modern ecommerce expectations. Beyond the core platform, we developed a custom Clubshops solution, enabling rapid launches for new football club stores. Each clubshop supports customised kits and collections, while remaining fully in sync with Robey’s central operations. To support Robey’s multi-party commerce model, we delivered a custom payment settlement solution to manage automated, scalable payouts for clubs and retailers.

A replatform doesn't have to be a big bang. Step one: Floris van Bommel live on Shopify in France and Austria — connected to Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Orisha ORP.
Van Bommel is moving its commerce from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Shopify deliberately, market by market. Instead of switching everything at once, we launched Floris van Bommel on Shopify in France and Austria first — real markets, real customers, real integrations. That lets the team validate performance, operations and the customer experience in a contained setting, and carry what works into the next rollout. The premium design feel customers know from the existing platform stayed intact, and the new storefront works with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Orisha ORP from day one.

Taking over two channels at once, an underperforming B2C shop and an unfinished B2B platform became one connected operation with a single view of the customer.
Fatboy needed a digital partner to realise their e-commerce vision after their previous agency left the B2C webshop underperforming and the B2B platform incomplete, limiting online sales and wholesale operations.
We brought Fatboy’s comfort-first philosophy online, building smooth, scalable platforms that make shopping feel as effortless as lounging. Following a comprehensive B2C audit, we reshaped the customer experience with an intuitive product journey and conversion-driven design. On the B2B site, we launched a robust solution with custom dashboards, role-based access, and simplified order management. By integrating several external systems, we strengthened their digital infrastructure and delivered a single, 360° view of customers.

The hard part wasn't the storefront, it was making product and customer data agree across all systems. We replaced the fragmentation with a single source, so every channel shows the same truth.
As Simon Lévelt scaled, it required a digital ecosystem that matched its pace, delivering seamless, personalised experiences across all channels. The existing eCommerce platform lacked scalability and flexibility. While fragmented product enrichment across ASPOS, JDE, and Shopware hindered a unified view of customers and product data. Meanwhile, the customer engagement tool constrained targeted marketing and loyalty management.
To realise their vision, we implemented an omnichannel solution built on SFCC, Orisha ORP (OMS+PCM), and Voyado. SFCC provided a robust eCommerce platform with advanced personalisation, fully integrated with Orisha ORP (OMS+PCM) to enrich products from a single source and deliver them across multiple channels. Voyado centralised customer data to enable personalised marketing, automated journeys, and loyalty programme management.

Six brands, two commerce models, one commerce ecosystem — live against a hard F1-season deadline. One integration layer keeps every brand and channel in sync.
stichd manages a diverse portfolio of brands, including Fuel For Fans, Manchester City, McLaren F1 Team, Aston Martin F1 Team, Premier League, and BMW lifestyle. To support this expanding portfolio, they required a flexible, scalable digital ecosystem capable of meeting omnichannel needs across both B2C and B2B channels–and it had to be delivered quickly, with a live launch ahead of the new F1 season.
The B2C solution integrates SFCC with Orisha ORP, including Order, Product, and Channel Management, to centrally manage all inventory and catalogs within SFCC ensuring consistency and reducing errors and manual work across all brands. Salesforce Page Designer was implemented, allowing stichd to easily create content pages using drag-and-drop functionality. Additionally, Voyado was integrated for Fuel for Fans, centralising customer data to power personalised marketing, automated journeys, and loyalty program management.
For B2B operations, a unified platform on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and Orisha ORP, integrated with SAP, powers four storefronts; Stichd, SSM, Shell, and ExxonMobil. The platform centralises product data, inventory, pricing, and orders to optimise operations and deliver a consistent experience.

There was no way to run Voyado Elevate on Shopify — so we built the official app. YAYA was the first merchant on it: proof that we engineer the missing pieces others wait for.
When our partners at Voyado introduced Elevate, YAYA wanted to harness its personalisation and product merchandising capabilities on Shopify. The challenge? There was no straightforward way to connect Shopify and Elevate, leaving AI-driven recommendations and insights out of reach.
Enter Wolfpack. We built the official Voyado Elevate App for Shopify, connecting the platforms seamlessly. Brands like YAYA can now integrate Elevate in just a few clicks, no complex setup, no heavy development. The app automatically syncs product feeds with Elevate, making it fully plug-and-play. Our approach focused on innovation through simplicity, creating a technically robust solution that’s effortless for end users.

After years of switching agencies, Joolz needed one partner who stays. Since 2019 we've operated and evolved their architecture, building like we operate it, because we do.
Following years of development with multiple agencies, Joolz recognised the need for a more consistent, future-proof digital architecture to support ongoing innovation.
When Joolz first partnered with us in 2019 to evaluate their website’s performance, we identified opportunities to improve loading speed and streamline their storefront. By replacing heavy frameworks and legacy SFRA code with web components, we unlocked the speed and efficiency SFCC merchants need. We also enhanced their digital infrastructure through integrations that connect external systems, delivering a unified, 360° view of their customers.
